Sterling was delighted to have assisted Learning Technologies Group on its acquisition by General Atlantic by means of a court-sanctioned scheme of arrangement.
LTG Group is a UK-based provider of services and technologies for digital learning and talent management and the deal was worth $1bn and has recently been approved by the shareholders. General Atlantic said further investment for long term growth will go into its products to adapt to the changing landscape to compete, as well as offset the impact of AI and other challenges.
We are grateful to have worked with the legal advisors DLA Piper along with the financial advisors Goldman Sachs and Deutsche Numis.
