Sterling supports GlobalData plc's £30m tender offer

Sterling Financial Print was proud to support Reed Smith and GlobalData plc on the return of up to £30 million to shareholders by way of a tender offer for up to 35,294,117 shares at a tender price of 85 pence per share, together with the Notice of General Meeting. Another significant shareholder transaction for Sterling, and a pleasure to work with the Reed Smith and GlobalData teams in delivering the documentation.
